The Dil’s restaurant is a style of cuisine made famous hundreds of years ago by the Mughul empire. The skill of blending only the finest Indian spices to produce a variety of subtle flavours has been passed through generations.

Its popularity over the centuries has grown and for many people it remains a symbol of India. We have been trading successfully for 15 years in Enfield, Cheshunt, Edmonton and have now extended our experience to Hertford.
